The company remains a privately owned company, which means that you will save money each month in low fees. Lunarpages exclusively uses high-end Dell servers at their data center , accordingly , you will get above average web hosting performance and reliability without paying extra. With customer service support, you will always be able to take care of issues quickly and easily. Basic web hosting packages also come with password protection, backup systems, 24/7, 365 network monitoring, and media support. Basic web hosting packages have 350GB of disk storage and 3,500GB bandwidth per month. Other hosting packages have similar reliability features. Lunar Pages has been a great web host for me. I've had no site downtime other than my taking the site down to re-build or revamp, but that's of my doing. Most of my problems are answered very quickly. I remember before I got LunarPages, I was asking a support question and I got a response from sales in less than 6 minutes. It made me feel great knowing I could have fast service from a reliable host. I've never had one problem with LunarPages, just me and my lack of html. lolz... I recently thought about canceling to a cheaper host, but then seen the services they offer were not as great as LunarPages was. So I decided to stick with LunarPages for it's superior services, web space, and bandwidth. All in all, I have to give LunarPages a perfect 100% on my grading scale for their surpassed reliability, stability, performance, and excellent customer support.

I have been with Lunarpages for over a year now with no real problems. The only minor issues that I have had have been cleared up quickly and efficiently by their support staff other than one where foreign characters in email headers will not coming through their email server which we couldn't resolve.
Site uptime (monitored hourly) has been great and pages load quickly.

Extremely easy to switch from my previous domain.
Extremely fast telephone and e-mail support to answer my questions.
Good package of utilities for web site development.
Excellent performance - both mail and page serving compared with my prior ISP.
I had some early newbie questions that I emailed support. The response was almost immediate and answered my questions in detail. Om the two occasions I telephoned, I spoke to a person within a very short period and received excellent support. Topics I sought help on included parking domains, using Spam Assassin and deploying servlets.

Knowing there is someone available to help is a massive comfort and Lunarpages fits that bill. Although I was nervous about transferring all my files over from my previous Web Host, Lunarpages made it easy and gave lots of support. Also, I wanted help with parked and add-on domains and I was given the details easy and quickly, even though there is a big time difference between me in England and the Head Office.

I really wanted to like Lunarpages. There service seemed to have a great reputation, but I think I was just put on a bad server. I must say, once I demanded my money back, they coughed it up right away.

Lunarpages support is excellent. They give detailed, accurate answers to every question, in just a few hours. They don't keep you waiting for days or weeks, as some other supports do. Besides, they offer everything you can dream of to manage you site (and more), very comfortable bandwidth... I experienced only 1 accidental downtime, at the very beginning, and it was quickly solved by the techs (in just a matter of hours).
My site once appeared to be down. I contacted the support. They replied quickly that everything was fine on their side. They gave me clear, step-by-step explanations for me to check what internet relay was to blame.
The other time I saw my site was down, I was able to use this technique to check whether the server was guilty or not, prior to contacting Lunarpages' support. I contacted them. They apologized, and quickly moved my site to another server that was more stable and reliable. When I write "quickly", it's really just in a few hours - as opposed to another hosting I have (in France), that sometimes takes days or weeks to reply to your requests.
I was also amazed to see how clear and detailed Lunarpages' answers are. My french hosting support always misses one of my questions, or gives such imprecise answers that you just have to ask again. One more thing: My site gets around 20.000 visits every day. Lunarpages basic plan is just fine for this amount of traffic.

Before joining Lunarpages I did a search on the internet to find a good and reliable webhost. Very quickly I saw that Lunarpages received so many positive comments. I gave Lunarpages a try and I don't regret it. The support is awesome good, and I don't need to pay tons of money for my websites - yes, a small amount to pay, but what a BIG gift you get.
