JewelBasket.com handled the exchange of an unwanted item with something that I'm very satisfied with. Though they are difficult to contact by phone, they follow-up customer service transactions through email, which was very helpful.

I love jewelbasket. Their selection of unusual jewelry is awesome. I've had a couple of seamless returns and refunds. And when I call in to make sure something is in stock, they check and call me back within minutes. Excellent customer service, no hassles, no questions. Just wish they would get a bigger Etruscan jewelry selection. And if they offered 15-20% coupons, I would be able to shop there more often as their prices are pretty high (compared to ice, overstock and Netaya).
